Tuppy is proving to be a superb retrieving dog with both dummies and game. She has a natural soft mouth and retrieve-to-hand. Her temperament with people, dogs and other animals can't be faulted and she is regularly used in the rehabilitation of aggressive dogs.

She has gained her Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme Puppy, Bronze and Silver Awards and is currently preparing for her Gold GCDS Exam. Tuppy takes part in Mantrailing (finding people through following scent trails) Training and did the Mantrailing & Obedience demonstration at Wales' Dog Fest 2019. She also features in the AMDT series of Instructional Dog Training Videos.

Tuppy has attended several of Helen Phillips' Clicker Gundog training workshops and has passed her Level 1 and Level 2 Gundog Club graded tests with distinction. Tuppy is proving to be a reliable and steady picking up dog.
